Why are there no prices on this page?
Subscriptions are sold through the App Store and Google Play, which set the price for each country and currency. You always see the exact price, including any local tax, in the store before you confirm.
Can I subscribe on the website?
Not yet — purchases happen in the iOS and Android apps. Whatever you buy there applies to your whole account, so the tokens and plan features work on the website too.
How far does a plan go?
A typical message and its reply use about 2,500 tokens, so every million tokens is roughly 400 messages. Messages a character sends you first never use your tokens.
Do unused tokens roll over?
A plan's monthly allowance is refreshed at every renewal, so unused subscription tokens do not carry over. Tokens from packs and from sign-up stay on your balance until you use them.
Is there a free option?
Yes. A new account comes with 100,000 free tokens, and browsing characters and their galleries is always free. A plan is only needed once you want more.
How do I cancel?
In your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled by the store — see our Refund Policy.
