What every character is made of
A good character is more than a name and a face. Before an Aura is published, all of this is written down — and the chat uses it, so the character you meet on day one is the same one you know a month later.
- Identity: name, age, where they are from and what they do for a living
- Backstory: the history that explains why they are the way they are
- Personality: temperament, humour, what annoys them and what wins them over
- Interests: the topics they light up about — and will bring up themselves
- Voice: how they write, from short and teasing to long and thoughtful
- Gallery: AI-generated artwork of their life, which they can send you in chat
