2. Description of Service

mateaura.com provides a creative storytelling and entertainment platform that allows users to:

• Interact with AI-generated fictional characters ("Auras") for creative storytelling and entertainment purposes.
• All Aura content (including AI-generated images and future video content) is reviewed and approved by human moderators before publication to ensure it complies with our safety and content policies.
• View tailored content and advertisements based on your activity.

Platform Purpose: The platform is designed exclusively for general entertainment, creative interaction, and storytelling with fictional AI characters. All AI-generated visual content is appropriate for general audiences and does not contain any suggestive, sexual, or inappropriate imagery. The platform does not facilitate, simulate, or support romantic relationships, dating, intimate interactions, or adult-oriented content of any kind.

Content Standards: All content published on the platform excludes explicit adult content, pornography, nudity, sexually suggestive material, or illegal content. Our human moderation team actively reviews all AI-generated content before it becomes visible to users.

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee continuous operation due to potential technical issues or maintenance.

3. In-App Purchases and Token Economy

3.1 Token Purchases:

Users may purchase tokens through in-app purchases (available on iOS App Store and Google Play Store) to access premium features. Tokens are used solely for:

• Generating AI-powered creative responses and storytelling content
• Creating custom fictional character interactions
• Accessing advanced platform features and capabilities

Important: Tokens cannot be used to unlock, access, or generate adult content, inappropriate materials, romantic or intimate scenarios, or any content that violates our content policies. Any attempt to use tokens for prohibited purposes will result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Subscription Plans:

Users may subscribe to premium plans that provide monthly token allocations and enhanced features. Subscriptions are processed through iOS App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

3.3 Refund Policy:

All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be submitted through the respective platform according to their refund policies. We do not process direct refunds for in-app purchases or subscriptions.

3.4 Token Expiration and Usage:

Purchased tokens do not expire unless otherwise stated. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real currency.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration:

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4.2 Account Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Content Restrictions

You explicitly agree NOT to use the platform for any of the following purposes:

• Unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities
• Sharing, posting, or transmitting offensive, abusive, or hateful content
• Reverse engineering, modifying, or disrupting the platform's functionality
• Exploiting AI-generated content or responses for malicious purposes

5.1 Strictly Prohibited Content and Requests:

The following types of content and requests are absolutely forbidden and will result in immediate account termination:

• Any content containing nudity, explicit sexual material, or sexually suggestive imagery
• Requests for romantic, intimate, or dating scenarios with AI characters
• Requests for images focusing on private body parts in any context
• Sexual or adult-oriented roleplay of any kind
• Attempts to simulate romantic relationships or dating interactions
• Requests for content depicting violence, harm, or illegal activities
• Any attempt to generate age-inappropriate content

5.2 Examples of Prohibited Requests:

To ensure clarity, the following are specific examples of requests that violate our terms:

• "Create romantic or intimate scenarios"
• "Generate images showing [any body parts in suggestive context]"
• "Simulate a dating conversation or relationship"
• "Act as my romantic partner or significant other"
• "Create flirtatious or seductive content"
• "Generate content for adult entertainment purposes"

5.3 Content Filter Bypass:

Any attempt to bypass our content filters, manipulate the AI to generate prohibited content, or use prompt engineering techniques to circumvent safety measures is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund.

Enforcement: Violation of these rules will result in account suspension or permanent termination. We employ both automated systems and human review to detect and prevent prohibited usage.

6. AI Content Disclaimer and Limitations

All content generated by AI ("Auras") is fictional and created exclusively for entertainment and creative storytelling purposes. The platform administration does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated content and is not liable for any outcomes resulting from reliance on such content.

Fictional Characters: All Auras (AI-generated profiles) are entirely fictional and do not represent real people, identities, or likenesses. No Auras are based on real individuals, and all imagery is computer-generated or illustrated for creative purposes only.

No Emotional Relationships: AI-generated content should not be interpreted as factual, personal, or emotional communication. Users should not develop emotional dependency on AI characters or interpret interactions as real relationships. The platform is designed for entertainment only.

Content Limitations: While we employ advanced content filtering and human moderation, AI systems may occasionally produce unexpected outputs. Users must immediately report any inappropriate content through our reporting system.

7. User-Generated Content and Platform-Generated Content

Platform-Generated Content: All Aura profiles, images, videos, and related content are generated and published solely by mateaura.com. These materials undergo our moderation process before publication and remain the intellectual property of mateaura.com.

User Messages and Interactions: By posting or uploading content to the platform (such as messages to AI characters), you grant mateaura.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your content for platform-related purposes, including improving AI models and ensuring content safety.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share within authorized areas of the platform. Users must not upload or share content that violates our prohibited conduct rules.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy . By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

Conversation Data: Your interactions with AI characters may be stored and analyzed to improve service quality, ensure content safety, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your conversation data to third parties.

9. Advertising and Analytics

The platform uses Google Tag and other analytics tools to display personalized advertisements and analyze user behavior. By using the platform, you agree to receive such advertisements. You can manage your preferences in your account settings.

10. Content Rating and Age Appropriateness

Age Rating: This application is rated for users 16+ and contains:

• AI-generated conversational content appropriate for general audiences
• Fictional character interactions for creative storytelling
• No romantic, sexual, or intimate content
• No realistic violence or adult themes
• Entertainment focused on creativity and imagination

The platform does not contain, promote, or distribute content that is age-restricted, inappropriate, or explicit. Any attempt to use the platform for such purposes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account.

11. Technical Issues and Downtime

While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access, the platform may experience technical issues or downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions, including loss of purchased tokens during service outages.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

mateaura.com is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation, reliability, or availability of the platform or the quality of AI-generated content.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mateaura.com and its administration are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or purchased tokens
• Reliance on AI-generated content for decision-making
• Interruption of service or technical failures
• Emotional distress from AI interactions
• Financial losses related to in-app purchases

14. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or any unlawful activity. Upon termination, you will lose access to any unused tokens or subscription benefits, and no refunds will be provided for such losses.

Users may request account deletion at any time through account settings. Deleted accounts and associated data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine. For users in the European Economic Area or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. We will notify users of significant changes through the platform or via email. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
