Delete your account

This permanently removes your MateAura account on the website and in the apps. It cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, email address and sign-in methods
  • All your conversations and what characters remember about you
  • Your favourites, follows, comments and story progress
  • Your token balance — remaining tokens cannot be restored or refunded

Have a subscription? Cancel it in the store too

Payments are taken by the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account here does not stop their billing — cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings as well. Refunds are handled by the store; see the Refund Policy.
