MateAura maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of child exploitation. We are dedicated to:

• Implementing proactive measures to prevent harmful content from appearing on our platform.
• Detecting and removing any content that violates child safety standards immediately upon discovery.
• Cooperating fully with law enforcement agencies in investigations related to child safety.
• Continuously improving our safety systems and procedures to protect children.

2. Age Requirements

MateAura is designed exclusively for users aged 16 and older:

• Users must be at least 16 years old to create an account on MateAura.
• Age verification is required during the registration process through date of birth confirmation.
• Accounts belonging to users under the age of 16 will be terminated immediately upon discovery.
• We reserve the right to request additional age verification if there is reason to believe a user is underage.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on MateAura:

• Any sexual content involving minors, including images, videos, text, or any other media.
• Content that sexualizes minors in any way, including suggestive or provocative depictions.
• Grooming behavior or any attempts to contact, solicit, or exploit minors.
• Content that exploits, endangers, or promotes harm to children in any form.
• Links to external content that contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Any content that normalizes or promotes inappropriate relationships with minors.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.

4. Reporting Mechanisms

If you encounter any content or behavior that violates our child safety standards, please report it immediately:

• In-App Reporting: Use the Report button available on any content or user profile to flag violations directly within the app.
• Email: Send a detailed report to [email protected] with the subject line "Child Safety Report".

All reports related to child safety are treated with the highest priority and are reviewed within 24 hours.

5. Enforcement Actions

When child safety violations are identified, we take immediate and decisive action:

• Immediate Content Removal: Violating content is removed from the platform immediately upon detection or confirmation.
• Account Termination: Accounts involved in child safety violations are suspended and permanently terminated.
• Law Enforcement Reporting: Confirmed violations are reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
• Evidence Preservation: We preserve all relevant evidence for law enforcement investigations as required by law.

6. Cooperation with Authorities

MateAura works closely with law enforcement and child protection organizations:

• We report confirmed Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child safety matters.
• We comply with all legal requests for user data in cases involving child safety.
• We maintain records and logs as required to support investigations into child exploitation.
